Moving More Than 100 Tickets From One Tech to Another Using Bulk Actions

When moving tickets from one tech to another using bulk actions, the system is limited to displaying and selecting only 100 tickets at a time. Request a feature be added that would allow the user to select the number of displayed and selectable tickets, or all tickets belonging to the tech identified tech.

The select all button should select all found from a search not just the limited view selection

This would be nice to have. However, you can currently do this by holding the SHIFT key while checking the select all box at the top of the results. When the check box is blue, it is limited to the 100 items on the screen. When the SHIFT key is held, the check box is green and this selects all tickets in the query results (up to the limit set by your Admin- e.g., 5000).
