Extra prompt when deleting custom properties that are still in use

I did some testing (intentionally, thankfully) and found that Orion allows administrators to delete custom properties that are still in use.

When deleting a custom property, the admin should be notified of:

• How many (if any) objects have a value set for that custom property.
• Which (if any) Orion resources reference that custom property, such as:
  • Reports
  • Alerts
  • Groups
  • Views
  • etc
