Case # - 01905188 Level 2 techs are not seeing Group Tickets for their tech group [ thread::I-FPuZoxeo-yYSZxIozR5nw:: ]
It seems obvious to me that the point of Tech Group levels, is so that you can auto assign tickets to the techs in one level, and let all techs in all levels see the tech group tickets in their Group Tickets. In fact I thought this was the case until recently (12.8.5 ish) but I may be mistaken.
