Modify the tech screens to allowing more information to flow across the screen to prevent having to scroll down so much on long tickets? The right half of the screen is wasted when viewing a ticket.
Auto detecting the screen size and scaling accoidingly could be good. I agree that on a 24 in widescreen a lot of screen real-estate is wasted.
Gotta make use of the wide screens when you have them! Especially with the UltraWide screens that are coming out now.
I know at one point Spiceworks had a "flow mode" (I think that's what it was called) where it would adjust content to screen width. At first it was an experimental feature, and when they did a version upgrade, it went away. I sure realized quickly how much of a difference it made. Lucky enough, so did others, and a plug-in was quickly released to bring the horizontal scalability back.
