Include option to Register/Unregister DB via command-line

We are searching ways to automate de more that we could our DB server deployment and we're able to do so with a variety of tools/processes we need to use and follow in our company, except with DPA, where we must go through many GUI screens to get task done, with is prone to human error.

Please provide command-line functions so we can handle these tasks easily

DPA provides REST API https://localhost:8124/iwc/api-doc/#/Database%20Registration

and also there is unsupported public initiative - GitHub - awickham10/psdpa: PowerShell module for the Solarwinds DPA REST API
