Some organizations set up their clients so that when they log in, they are immediately taken to FAQs. This is so they will have the opportunity to review the FAQs and hopefully resolve the issue prior to creating a ticket. This is done of course to keep ticket creation to a minimum. The issue is that when a client signs in, they see all FAQ and not just those for their location. Being able to select and/or see only those FAQs for your own client location is a capability that really needs to be considered for the next release.
