WS-Manangement (WinRM) Support for Application Monitors

Hello

i would like to see a WS-Man or WinRM Support.

SNMP Future is not bright, especially on the Microsoft platform.
WMI is Bandwidth intensive and a RPC based.

Awesome to see this now a WIP!

+1 here - cant wait to get WMI replaced

Just want to add a formal note requesting that this also be implemented for NPM / node detail polling.
