Change approval status to closed after closing case -1227307

After close the change ticket as per status type and it automatically going to client Approval . After client is able to approved the ticket but it should not go after close the change ticket automatically.

If change ticket is cancelled & closed automatically/by tech, still Approvers are able to approve that ticket(in client's bin). This should be visible in non-editing mode in their bin with updated status like closed/cancelled etc.
