Integrate to Slack on a per Tech basis - so you get short updates on tickets in Slack
Could be relatively similar to the SMS feature.
Would be nice to control when a Slack is send out like:
* Update note from a client
* needs attention - summary of scheduled stuff for the day?
* new tickets
* updated notes
* low/medium/high priority tickets only
Additionally:
Slack to a group for Work-Groups
