- Ability to change default due date time when setting a custom time
- Right now it's 00:00 and has to be manually changed every time. 99% of the tickets I work with I change this to 09:00 and it would be great if I could just make it the default
- Ability to change the default due date in a relative way
- Much like the above it would be great if I could configure my default due date to always be "Today + 'x'". For example when I click the radio button to set a custom due date it automatically puts in my default time (see above) and takes today's date and adds 7 days to it. This would be a time saver in situations where someone may typically always set the same initial due date on tickets
- Ability to choose which sections in a ticket are hidden/shown by default
- For example I'd like my default view to hide the contents of "History" and "Recipients" and I'll make them visible only when I actually need to see them
- Ability to change the order of sections in a ticket
- Personally I’d like to have the ‘Status and Schedule’ section at the top of the ticket instead of the bottom
I'm sure there are more others can think of. I'm only 1 day into using WHD so far.
