When I open support cases for display issues I hear back that "This is by design" or "This is a feature," so let me put in a feature request. 
Please fix the number summary or page view of the number of agents found when doing a search in the Manage Agents screen. I did a search and the summary says 1-15 agents are displayed but only 9 agents total? Not a big deal but makes me question what I am really looking at and if it can be relied upon in other situations.
