I ended up getting a Bomgar device which has been one of the best investments I have ever recommended. I notice they pretty much integrate with everything excluding WHD, I would like to see an integration with the two.
Never heard of Bomgar. Just started the trial.
Think of Teamviewer or Logmein, this is a self hosted device that does remote sessions, also does jump clients
I find it works better than most of the others, fairly smooth, some machines I can use as if I was RDP'd.
Bomgar has been a major tool in our Techs toolbox for years. It is great!!
