I would like to see the ability added to do a client lookup by username and not just last, first name. We are a large school district where each student has an ID number that is used for everything. When creating a ticket for a student as the client or trying to look up a client to assign and asset to becomes very difficult without the ability to use username. We have a lot of clients that have both the same first and last name or only have the username available (which is their ID number). Adding the username for client lookup would help us greatly in time.
