Hi Folks,
We use a colour coding system to identify clients according to their roles and departments. All clients are added through AD/LDAP connections which query against Active Directory OUs that also reflect user roles and departments. I would like to see a feature added to WebHelpDesk to facilitate automatically colour coding clients based on the AD/LDAP connection they are found on.
Does anyone else think this is a good idea?
