So at the moment when using the vapp Management Console, you can view the ntp status, and even restart the ntpd service from the SolarWinds Mgmt tab. If your networking enviroment does not allow traffic for ntp (port 123), you could potentially syncronise off something else on your network, however there is no option to do so. If you are aware of how ntp in a linux enviroment works, and you are confident enough to dig around the vAPPs os through an SSH session, you can later the config file in order to achieve this. Given that you already display ntp status, and an option to restart the service, would it also not be an idea to list the servers ntp is configured to sync with, and provide an option to add/remove/modify existing servers.
