I would like the ability to create tooltips for the different request types. I have had people ask what some of the different Request Types mean and if I could create tooltips for these that would help with those questions.
WHD sort of has this already, though the box pops up automatically and you can't just hover it to view it. Except whoever wrote those detailed instructions needs to learn their colors
As a color blind person, I don't see the problem?
