FEATURE REQUEST Delta Transform F(t)-F(t-1) in UnDP

Hi,

I've submitted a case # 453470

It's needed for our Customers build a delta function in UnDP F=F(t) - F(t-1)

Also in web (on chart) must be a difference between two results of polling in two different times (5 minute, for ex.)
