With the increasing demands on security in the enterprise MFT should support MultiFactor Authentication - MFA
Example On Time SMS, or Autenticator App on smartphone for example

I second this - not just for MFT but all orion web facing pages. I have multiple pages that I'd like to give customers access to from anywhere but can't as I want to lock down access to particular IP Ranges.
2FA would allow me to do this with far greater peace of mind.

This really seems like a basic requirement in today's environments.
It is on my list of must-haves.Not for MFT, but for the FTP server. It may fall out of competition for lacking it.

4 Years and Still wainting for MFA, support.
In the End our org went with a 3rd Party provider, and wrote some custom code to integrate with our HTTP Domain
Now with 15.3 Solarwinds have applied some sanitation on username characters and this broke our solution
3rd party vendor now want 10K to fix, the code with an accepted character
NOT good enough solarwinds!
