We find it very useful to have an option to allow our client to search for, read, update tickets of other clients of the same customer.
For us it would be enough to have a switch which turns this on or off for all clients, but maybe some companies might need to set it with more granularity: e.g. client1 can search for and read all tickets of that specific customer, while client2 can only search for his own tickets.
