Allow variables to be used in alerting for VMware Events Option

Its observed that the variables that are required to be present at bare minimum are not available for use while using VMware Events.. like below

Log Type
Level
Event Type
Key
Secondary Source Label

These are all visible when we click on an event in VMware Events page but when we go to alerting, no relevant variables are available for use in Trigger condition plus trigger actions...please have this included in next release else the use of VMware events feature is of not much use....

Has this ever been taken seriously? This is crazy that they cant put these items into variables, it should take a couple hours for the developers to figure out. They are able to template the VMWare event info into the event that generates in Solarwinds but not relay those into variables for alerting.

Can this please be added to the Alerting properties. Been 3 years now and still nothing.

We also want to identify who created the last VM snapshot. This information is available in VMware events, but unfortunately, it is difficult to extract and display in dashboards and reports.
