Drag and drop upload of files to ticket/note

Hello,

it is realy annoying to upload a file by clicking on "upload", than click on browse in the new window, select the file, than click on upload and than don't forget to save the ticket.

Is it possible to enable drag and drop upload, that the tech can just drop the file to the ticket details or the note?

Additionally, it would be great if drag and drop upload can be used also on assets/users/faq/etc.

I'll leave a comment here as my idea is related to the same field. Uploading multiple files instead of one at a time. We'll often upload multiple images / attachements for a job ticket. It is currently clumsy having to browse for the file, select, upload, then repeat. My case number fo this is: 01405030
A drag and drop interface done right, would likely solve our multiple file annoyance.
