We have set up our WHD to require an approval for all FAQ's submitted. All of our Technicians have access to create FAQ's, however only certain Technicians have been given access to approve FAQ's. Currently, notifications are not sent to the Technicians that can approve FAQ's. This causes a delay in viewing and approving FAQ's. It would be very helpful to receive an email notification or to see a notification within the WHD the way new Messages populate with a number of new Messages on the Messages icon.
