Would like to see a document library that would show a link on the ticket so when a client
fills out a request type the document would show up and they could click to fill out. Once the
document is filled it would attach to the ticket on submit.
Isn't this something you could do by utilizing custom fields? You can tie any number of custom fields to a certain request type. For example, when we have a new user starting, the "Provision New User" ticket type will populate a whole slew of custom fields that then are required before a user can finalize submission.
Ya i worked on that but they were hoping for a clickable link to open a document person would fill it out digitally sign and it would attach to the ticket and then it could be opened up and digitally signed by the repair room once it is done. This is so everything is electronic and has signatures.
