I like more html options in the Notes and Request field eg tables, pictures
It will increase to created more sophisticated Quick Tickets and Tasks
It would be nice to be able insert a few lines and columns from an Excel spreadsheet or even a tab separated text file. There is no good way to use tables in the current environment.
Additionally, I've found that the pasted text looks one way and then it changes the formatting once the note is saved.
