Since it looks like the Portal is looking to replace the app, it would be nice to get the same information available on the portal tabs that is on the application tabs.
In our environment, we have moved users from the desktop application to the portal application and have run into this field not being present. This causes issue as that is a vital part of some of our support staff being able to tie back a query to an individual user session.
Would it be possible to add this field or possibly a better solution to be able to customize the data available on the tabs, since all of the information is in the database?
