Full support for Outlook 2007 and greater

Web Help Desk sends emails out in an HTML format that is not fully supported by Outlook 2007 or greater (it uses Word to render the emails). As the majority of business clients use Outlook it would seems only natural that the emails sent out from Web Help Desk fully supported this.

What kind of formatting issues are you encountering?

Web Help Desk sends out its default tables with graphics - it has background images within tables in HTML do not render properly in Outlook. Try looking at the email in a browser and you will see what I mean.
