Upgrade the bundled Snort IDS

The current version of Snort IDS included with LEM 6.2.1 is Snort version 2.8.5.2, which was released circa 2009.

It is my understanding from support that Snort is only updated during Linux Kernel migrations, it would be nice to see Snort upgraded more frequently either with each minor revision of LEM or provide the ability for the customer to upgrade Snort via CMC.

There have been a lot of improvements to Snort since that time and using LEM with the bundled Snort should not be an option for most implementations.
