Right now if you create a schedule for the tech you can only select the same start/stop time for all days of the week.
This is a problem for part time techs. I have some techs that work 9-5 mon-fri, I have other techs that work 9-5mon, wed, and fri, yet work 8-4 tues and thursday. I can't put this schedule in, I have to just blanket put 8-5 Monday through Friday. This causes problems on tuesday and thursday when a ticket comes in after 4pm, and it gets assigned to a tech that is no longer physically there.
It gets more complicated for me when I have part time people that come in MWF 8-3 and Tue|thurs 6-9p. There is no way to build a schedule outside of set times 7 days a week.
