I get it that we are all IT people - querying the database or the API is a rather simple task - however, I have plenty of folks who use Solarwinds that do not have this type of experience. One of the biggest problems that I have seen is that I want an easy way to export data from Syslogs / Traps / Events.
There should be a way to export these items to a CSV or text file from within the UI. Anybody whom I give access should have this ability.
