Many mibs report time in centiseconds (e.g. run-time for a UPS) -- short of using a UnDP transform i can't convert this easily into a time as the web-based reporting doesn't allow centiseconds as the storage format..
so idea: allow web-based reporting to convert centiseconds into a useful time
