Be able to capture a client’s signature of completed tickets by technicians.

We support an Educational Intuition; they don't read emails too busy with
students.

This would be a fantastic feature for our application. We support a college campus and offer billable services where a signature is required for charges. Having the ability to take a digital signature, especially if it were integrated with the mobile view, would be amazing.

Having moved from a different Help Desk product to WHD just now, this is the ONE thing that WHD doesn't offer over that product. All our site based techs ideally could be receiving client signatures as its the ideal proof that a job has been completed to satisfaction.
