We have a need for people to be able to click a link on an intranet site or an email and be immediately (after authentication) dropped into a new ticket which already has the request type specified.
I have not found a feature request for this, although the idea has been the subject of post Re: How can I link to a particular Request Type form?.
This would be a very helpful feature for us.
