I want to alert when Agent is connected and reporting as connected during the timeframe we were not receiving data

The issue we had was that the agent was connected and reporting as connected during the timeframe we were not receiving data, so would like an alert that will let us know when we stopped receiving that data, which was CPU and RAM usage statistics, while the agent was running on the node.
