NCM has come a long way since the days of Cirrus, I really like the newer hardware-based EOL/EOS and Firmware Vulnerabilities. What I'd like to see now is a place to assign EOL/EOS dates to the software component of the hardware. For example, I might be running a new Cisco 3850 switch, but the running IOS might be EOL, deprecated, or be the cause of the vulnerability. Assigning the dates to the code in NCM allows me to generate reports for scheduling updates. And with the new 7.7 Firmware Update process, maybe...dare I say..automate the process a little bit.
