WPM - Support Multiple Browser Monitoring

Per this thread three years ago (when it was SEUM), we need the ability to support monitoring against multiple browsers -- Internet Explorer, FireFox, Google Chrome, and soon: Microsoft Edge. We have all experienced issues with browser compatibility in our organizations, where the vendor says "use browser x", but X is horrible, so everyone uses "Y". I would like the ability to test scenarios to prove compatibility issues between product design v.s. user preference.

I had a feature request for this same issue a several years ago.

Due to the lack of multi browser monitoring capability, my company has been forced to partner with 3rd parties to fulfil web monitoring requirements.

C'mon SolarWinds!!!!

Dear SolarWinds,

This is starting to be a very critical issue. My customers are reporting that many sites are not working correctly with Internet Explorer (WPM Recorder).

For example, WPM Recorder is not able to login or even the page is not displayed correctly.

Hi Marcin,

We are actively working on this. We recently held a beta with the new version that has done away with the dependence on IE.

The feedback was very positive and we are working hard towards the next milestone of a general release.

Has this been resolved? We need to test WPM transaction speeds using different browsers, is there a way to do this today?
