When creating a question, a client chooses an request type.
Request types are linked to a "tech group". As a tech, you receive the ticket.
But the client chose a wrong request type and as a consequence, the ticket is assigned to the wrong tech group.
You want to reassign the ticket, but you don't know exactly the person to reassign it to. So you would like to reassign to the right tech group.
The tech group cannot be reassigned...
You can only change the request types, but there's a risk of losing all data (cfr. other feature request).
Request: being able to change the tech group of a ticket (and do the assign process all over in the right tech group).
