Export Reports To CSV

Hello,

I would like to raise a feature request for WHD. When viewing or scheduling email reports the option to export to CSV or other similar format would be very useful

Either this or I suppose you can always ODBC to the database if you knew the correct fields and definitely have access (not tried it myself)

Yes, lack of Excel exporting is painful in reports. For table only reports, it already comes up in a format that looks like an Excel table, it shouldn't take much translation to get it the rest of the way.

Yes we really need the export to csv or xls option.

Almost any report can be exported as XLS, deantoland and tony.johnson . Just add &dataformat=xls or &dataformat=CSV at the end of the URL.

When I came in today, I was going to ask for this same thing. I was told once that 12.3 was going to have this feature, but no such luck . I will try designerfx's suggestion, which if it works, is great for me, but not for my less computer savvy admins.

I tried the idea that designerfx suggested. I am sorry to say that I could not get it to work. It either ignored the end of the URL or errored out as not recognizing it.

So my quest for CVS or Excel output goes on.

I definitely would like to be able to schedule reports to be delivered via email in .csv or .xls format.
