I know you can go back after the fact an assign the tech to ticket X, and you can choose to assign the ticket to yourself, or the Tech Group based on the request type, but I'd like to be able to pick a tech if needed.
Sometimes it's quicker to assign the tech versus go back in and change it if the tech is not part of the normal Tech Group.
Maybe giving a 3rd radio button option? So the options would be Tech Group based on request type, Yourself, and the Specific Tech?
