Customize Email Templates

I'd like to be able to customize the layout and wording of the Closed Template,as well as some others.

My director want to customize the text for taking the survey, but the closest I can get is adding some custom wording above the feedback area.

Being able to have more control over those templates would be great. We could make the Feedback area more meaningful for our users, and reorder what they see in the closed email message.

Customization in Web Help Desk email templates is very, very basic.

This feature seems like it has been overlooked - email templates should go out and look professional but there is no graphic support, no html and no CSS.
