I would like the ability to change both the length and width of a resource or column on the website. Currently we only have the ability to change the width of a column on the website; but I think it would be very helpful to be able to change the length as well. This way if I want to make a resource the entire page I can for instance having a Map be the entire page on a rotating NOC view. Right now I can change the width of it, but it than only fills about half the page as the bottom cannot be stretched to fill the whole page.
The other option that would be nice is to have the ability to have the page auto size itself. Since there is so many different ways you can view a website now from so many different devices with the screens all being different length and widths. It would be very nice if we could have the web page auto size itself depending on the size of the display/monitor it is being shown on. The current options is very old way of setting pages; and surprised that SolarWinds does not keep up with current technology and features.
These two features would make the site feel more current and not so dated and allow the site to be viewed easier and more customizable.
For instance if I wanted to make a page that was only for the World map I should be able to either check a box; or change some setting to make that resource the entire page and also have it auto size itself for the device it is being viewed on. This way if I open the page on a 26inch monitor, or a 19inch monitor or even a Tablet connected to the internal network they would all look correct for the display it is being viewed on and fill the entire display without it looking small on the large monitor or having to scroll around on the Tablet to be able to view it all since it was statically set for a 19inch monitor when the page was created.
I hope this makes sense and think these two features should be easy to implement and would make a lot of your customers happy and allow them to customize their site a lot more.
Thanks in advance,
Just my .02 cents for whatever its worth,
Cheers,
