This happens to me quite often. When creating a new ticket, see below. I need to fix something so I press backspace and it goes to the last page I was working on. Meaning I lose that entire ticket. This could be avoided if you add a popup, like "you have unsaved data, are you sure?" then yes or no. Please, please add this as soon as possible. I lost my same ticket twice in a row today
