Friendly URLs in User Interface

I would like to see friendly URLs in the User Interface so if I reference a tab in an Info button I can put the URL in there. For example if I want someone to create a new request I would like to have them go to https://SERVERADDRESS/helpdesk/request/WHATEVERTHESUBREQUESTTYPEIS. This would be an awesome way to direct my users directly to the request type I want them to put in their ticket so there is no confusion.
