200,000 calls / day & 20,000 calls / hour - This may seem like a lot, but in an enterprise environment it really is not.
It's hard to scale an application to enterprise level with this kind of limit. VNQM currently can only take the statically set # of 200,000 calls per day.
I am not sure if this is due to an application limitation, but having a static # for calls per day seems counter productive.
Even a small business can have a large volume of calls when you consider how many times some folks dial an internal extension for a quick Q rather than walking over.
I have encountered several environments at this point that would benefit from an increased capacity/ability.
Screen shot is from the old PDF, but I did check the new link ( Scalability Engine Guidelines for SolarWinds Orion Products - SolarWinds Worldwide, LLC. Help and Support ) and this is still the same.

The option currently is to stand up another/multiple instance of VNQM and use Web Part's to consolidate view's and different isolated servers and DB's.
