We'd like to be able to view all unassigned tickets at one time via the menu bar where "My Tickets", "Group Tickets", etc are located.
I manage this with a shared Query that checks for tickets without assigned Techs.
Unassigned tickets is one of those basic things that should be there on the ticket menu.
I should not have to run a report every time i want to see unassigned tickets. It's one of those things you want to be live as tickets come into the system.
It would be nice to push-button queries, views, etc. on toolbars (similar to a "Favourites Bar" in a browser) in the various screens. The "Unassigned Tickets" is one example, but I am sure people would come up with many others.

I need to see unassigned tickets in my tech group in the bar with a number beside it in parenthesis. I don't care about the tickets other techs in my group already have assigned to them. I only need to know when a ticket comes into my group that is unassigned.
