Can we have the ability for techs to add client e-mail addresses from the client tables for sending CC e-mails?
It is rediculous to have them type in e-mail addresses when the system already holds these.
LDAP, LDAP, LDAP!
We are an outsourcer and do not have access to each customer's AD. Hence the need to work from the Solarwinds WHD client details.
Therefore LDAP is not the solution for us.
