Currently custom time range for charts automatically adds a date to the time range. This makes it impossible to schedule reports that are for a specific time range during the day, say business hours. SLA times, night, etc.. Management wants these charts whether via NPM or another product. They used to get these charts with specific time ranges from our previous product. This allowed them to see all the trends and predictions for business hours and not have those stats thrown off by off hours traffic.
This should also be added to all the other drop down preset time frames.
Yesterday (custome time range)
last 7 days (custom time range)
Ex:
Yesterday
begin time 6am
end time 6pm
I really can't believe this has been over looked for so long.
