My frustration with this Thwack voting up or down features is that it's only going to focus on the back-end (technicians). It makes sense, because that's the focus of this community. What can I suggest that will make my job or using the helpdesk better?
But, I think this leaves out the end user experience. Most of our users HATE this system because of the emailed tickets and some of the interface issues in the WHD itself. But, I'm afraid those will never be addresses, because they won't get any attention.
So, please do some external User feedback testing / User experience testing on this product. They will never come to this thwack site to give theirs.
