not sure where this would go, but thought I would place it here, as I was calling about an issue.
Maybe it would be good to have an initial case taker, that just assigns the ticket number and drops you into
a queue, or once in the queue if you hang up you will get a call back within X hours, similar to how VMWARE
works their queue.
I know I can submit a case via the portal etc. but there is the occasional phone call.
