Solution for Oncall that phones you and sends SMS messages.

I don't want to go to a third party to provide me with a service that rings me with an automated voice and sends me SMS messages when an alert triggers. I want Solarwinds to provide this service and perhaps a phone app that links in with it when I'm oncall. I want to be able to acknowledge alerts via the app and I want it to deal with all the Comms so I don't have to sit on an outage bridge meeting while trying to solve complex issues.

OpsGenie can integrate with SolarWinds and will page the on call people.

This is a very big ask and honestly I don't think Solarwinds would ever do all of it.

1. Phone App - this is would be great especially for managing alerts

2. OnCall notification - would be great and could be integrated with the Phone App. But there are already great services that provide this and integrate with Solarwinds. We use VictorOps and it works great.

3. Comms/Conf Bridge I can't ever see Solarwinds integrating this. Depending on what you are looking for, there are ways this could be handled. For instance, there is some integration with Microsoft Teams. You could then use Teams as you method of Comms.

Thanks, I've looked at Opsgenie and it isn't unique, any third party service for paging or SMS messaging can do pretty much what Opsgenie does. Even the sales guys for Opsgenie said it wasn't anything special.
