The Ability to Report by Client Basis

At this point I would like the ability to report on tickets submitted per week per client. This is not an option at this point and is confusing as to why it wouldn't be. At this point, you can report on Client's as a whole but not individually. What do you think?

What happens if you use Creator? I guess it would be a bit off if the Tech is the ticket creator rather than the client.

If you use creator, it will list all Tech's individually but not clients. It groups them into one general category.
